All of our breads are hand-crafted and naturally fermented with little to no added commercial yeast, preservatives, chemicals, or additives. Using a sourdough starter in our breads allows us to create product rich in flavor and often 100 percent fat free.

We source locally whenever possible, bringing high quality ingredients such as Michigan berries and Wisconsin cheese into our recipes.

Bake Superior Bread, co-founded by husband and wife team Andrew & Rachel Brand, opened Dec. 2017. Our main objective is to provide the community with fresh daily, artisan hand-crafted bread that is free of the widely used harmful ingredients found in bread. Aside for our artisan loaves, we offer a wide variety of European style bread based products like, Pretzels, Bagels, and Pastries.
